Mission-driven, community-based health center serving rural Appalachian communities seeking mission-minded remote specialists to serve underserved communities in rural Appalachia through telehealth.  Many of our patients must wait up to a year or travel more than an hour to access specialty care. Through our telehealth model, we are closing that gap—bringing life-changing specialty care to those who need it most. We currently offer Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and Cardiology services and are actively expanding.

Our integrated model brings whole-person care—physical, behavioral, and spiritual—to underserved populations across Tennessee and Kentucky. To further this mission, we’ve built a Specialty Telehealth Program that connects remote specialists with local patients—providing excellent care close to home, without long wait times or travel burdens.

We are specifically looking for board-certified specialists in:

• Rheumatology
• Neurology
• Dermatology (with a focus on Psoriasis)

Location: Fully Remote (Eastern Standard Time clinic hours)

Hours: 4–8 hours/week | Typically one half-day weekly, with potential to expand based on patient demand.
