Description:
Independent single specialty group near the Richmond, VA area seeking Family Medicine associate. Physician would have option of doing outpatient only medicine or inpatient/outpatient. Staff consists of 5 physicians and 5 advanced practitioners who each average treating 20 patients per day. Immediate patient base is available. Clinic is open seven days a week. Call along with night and weekend hours is handled amongst the physicians, with the support of the local hospitalist groups. Call schedule of one day per week and 1 in 6 for weekends. practitioners earn in the top 10% of the MGMA rankings.

Our mission is to always provide our patients with compassionate and exceptional medical care. Our Practitioners and support staff are a team. The practice philosophy is that each practitioner should practice how they feel called and have been trained. Each of our practitioners has their own field of interest and specialty. One of our physicians started a local “free” clinic for those without financial resources. Another is involved with several organizations that care for at risk kids and the only pregnancy resource center in the city. It is up to the individual to find their calling and place in the community but our practice allows you to do just that.
