An independent, outpatient only group currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP). serves a diverse population, including the uninsured, underinsured, and individuals with barriers to quality healthcare. Many patients face complex life challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, or mental health concerns. Our providers typically see 10–16 patients per day, depending on the complexity of visits and staffing. You’ll work alongside a small, committed staff including medical assistants, front office team, and a clinic director. Competitive pay and benefits including loan repayment.
