Description:
Hospital owned practice near Lancaster seeking a Primary Care associate. Will consider Family or Internal Medicine, and Med/Peds. Outpatient only group consisting of 7 physicians and 5 advanced practitioners. Physicians would see a daily average of 20 patients daily. Very little call responsibilities and no hospital care. Nursing home optional. Recruiting as two founders of the practice are retiring near the end of 2025.
Philosophy:
Each physician has an addendum to their contract guaranteeing rights of conscience, the ability to pray with patients, and other protections. Although not explicitly Christian, our historically Christian practices are preserved and respected. The intake form for each visits asks for prayer requests and we often pray in the exam room with patients. One of us volunteers every Thursday afternoon at the local rescue mission health clinic.
