Independent, outpatient only practice in central Dallas seeking full or part-time Internal Medicine physician. Staff of 9 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners.  Physicians average 15 patients daily.  We are a group practice, yet individual doctors are independent in their practice habits.  Expectation is that one would work to take care of their patients, build and maintain a reasonable practice base (patient load) and share in overhead.  We work normal office hours and rarely have to deal with after hour or weekend calls.  We have an efficient staff, economy of scale, and benefit from the many in-office diagnostic tests we do.  I don’t think there is a better way to practice internal medicine.  Expectation is that a candidate would progress to ownership status over about 2 yrs. and share in the benefits of ownership.  Timeline depends on variables but largely based on productivity.
