A multi-specialty group of physicians and advanced practitioners. It is located in the southwestern portion of the state of Michigan about an hour from Chicago. It is dedicated to medical missions, both foreign and domestic in the name of Jesus. The majority of practitioners are in the US. They financially and practically assist short and long-term missions. There are currently seven long-term missionaries in the overall group.  Currently, the OB/GYN office is looking for both a physician and a mid-wife. One of their physicians unexpectedly passed away, and one of their advanced practitioners is moving for family reasons.  They are looking for someone who is a Christian, interested in supporting or going on missions, and willing to serve an underserved population.  Robotics is a plus, but not required.  Full-time physician work includes two and a half days of clinic, a surgical half-day with scrubbing on majors with other partners, one weekday 24-hour call with an average of two deliveries per night, and one weekend a month of 48 hour call. They are willing to be flexible and work with individuals who are interested in OB only or part-time work.  A midwife would work in the hospital taking call with a physician back up. They would also be doing OB intakes, histories and prenatal care in the clinic. Contraception care if trained.
