Description:
An opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join a plastic surgeon that has focused his practice exclusively on the practice of peripheral nerve surgery. They deal with all sorts of patients who have peripheral nerve injuries leading to loss of function and neuropathic pain. They operate from head to foot. Physician Assistant would help with day to day running of the practice and help the physician with documenting visits, paperwork and surgery. Willing to train PA to do ultrasound guided nerve blocks, take care of postop patients, screen certain patient populations, develop other areas of interest appropriate to a peripheral nerve practice.

The physician is a committed Christian looking for ways to expand his practice as a ministry. As a sub-specialty surgeon in the field of peripheral nerve surgery, they do get patients from all over the country to the office. He tries not to separate his faith from his practice. He will pray with patient’s when felt lead to. His goal is to continue to work to integrate his faith with the practice of surgery in a more seamless manner.
