Philosophy:
I believe strongly in treating patients and team members as I want to be treated. I believe in diagnosing everyone conservatively, while still diagnosing what they need and what would benefit their oral health. We have a very good family atmosphere going in our office. We do quarterly team building activities, which has really helped to foster comradery within the office. We have morning huddles before the day in order to get on the same page about patient treatments, help fill holes in the schedule, address any patients who might have any special needs. We also usually read a Bible verse at the end. During out monthly team meetings we have a time at the beginning for celebrations and prayer requests and we have a prayer to begin the meeting. I believe strongly in integrity and being honest.
