Description:
The Nurse Practitioner will be a member of the provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of treatment, evaluation and monitoring the general clinical/patient management plan for the medical clinic. They also provide health education to patients and their families; participate in planning programs and developing specific health policies and procedures.
