Independent, outpatient only practice located in southwestern Michigan seeking Family Nurse Practitioner. Open to either full or part-time providers. Staff currently consists of one physician and two nurse practitioners. Providers average 18-20 patients daily. Our practice has been recognized as a leader of quality and service by many healthcare payers and is known for our advocacy of patients. We have 4 RN care managers to help the providers manage chronic illness and have been a revolutionary addition in our approach to care. Our practice incorporates spiritual healing at the point of care to help treat the entire patient.
Philosophy:
From Physician: I have practiced as a believer (from day 1) – seeing all patients thru the lens of being a physical / emotional and spiritual being – and that our patients needs are to be met in each area to receive optimum care and wholeness. My medical education, as most doctors training, focused on physical and emotional health while primarily ignoring the spiritual. I, along with a pastor co-founded a ministry to specifically address the ” wounds of our soul” which impacts are physical and emotional health. The service is free and has been supported by the area business’s/churches for last 17 years . Christ is the cornerstone of our practice and our staff is open to pray and share as the Spirit has led to help heal the broken hearted while rendering care at the highest level in a medical setting. I am looking for providers who are grounded in their faith in Christ and open to see what He does through the power of prayer while rendering medical care for those in need.
