Non-profit community health center serving six surrounding counties known as the Lakelands seeking a Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician. We are a multi-site organization with services in family medicine, pediatrics, migrant health, and pharmacy. Typical full-time annual benefits and responsibilities:
- 40 hour work week, variable scheduling depending on site
- Telephone triage call only, rotation 1:19
- Outpatient only
- EHR system in place since 2003, currently OCHIN Epic
- Competitive salary with incentive bonus

Philosophy:
Most our providers integrate their faith in their everyday practice by relationship, testimony, prayer and care to their patients. We do have one site that emphasizes spiritual health as part of their mission. Counseling is available in multiple offices. We also have collaboration with multiple referral sources connected to disenfranchised individuals (homeless shelters, homes for women and children, crisis pregnancies, drug abuse).
