Description:
Faith-based independent dental group with two offices near the Gulf Coast of Alabama seeking General or Pediatric Dentistry associate. Dentist would have option of going to either location. Must be skilled/trained in most general dentistry procedures. We perform basic restorative, crown and bridge, premolar and anterior endo, extractions, restoration of implants, removable prosthetics, and some minor periodontal procedures. Staff of 2 dentists in the practices with 4 dental assistants and 2 dental hygienists. Also willing to mentor dentists beginning their careers. Loan repayment available through NHSC.

We believe this creates loyalty with both patients and staff and allows us to open doors for sharing the gospel or offering prayer. We encourage our staff to talk about the Lord with patients and love it when we are able to pray or have meaningful conversations. Serving through missions is also something we strongly support, and we participate in one or two overseas mission trips annually.
