Description:
Come join a well-established practice owned by a CMDA member in northern Wyoming who is seeking a General Dentistry associate. This independent practice staff consists of 1 dentist, 2-3 dental assistants and 4-5 dental hygienists. We perform all aspects of general dentistry. Areas of interest include implants, TMD, airway, dentures, and crown/bridge. Incoming associate could/would be mentored, especially in these areas. If other areas of general dentistry were more favorable to the associate, then it broadens the scope of the office. Dentist will average 10-11 patients per day on the restorative side while hygienists see 8-9 patients per day. Practice currently has 7 operatories. Willing to consider either full or part-time dentists.
Philosophy:
We try to incorporate the love of Christ in our day to day interactions with patients. We treat them and our staff members as family. There are patients that we’ve prayed with while they were in the chair, whether it’s about the treatment that day or a sick family member. We listen to Christian music on the radio, which can lead to great conversations. We have gone on two dental mission trips that we organized on a local level to Belize and Peru and encourage providers to participate in missions.
