Description:
An independent, single specialty practice is seeking a General Surgeon provider. This well-established practice has 1 physician on staff and will average seeing 20-30 patients per day. Seeking someone with good surgical and interpersonal skills. General surgeons have historically been able to do a wide variety of cases including: Endoscopy, Advanced Laparoscopic, Trauma, Breast, Colorectal, Vascular and Wound Care. There are two surgery centers, one independent and one associated with local hospital.
Philosophy:
The practice is a service-based practice where they develop long-term relationships with many of their patients and their families. Many of these patients, the current physician has seen for years, who keep coming back for surgical problems. They send their friends and family. They are a faith based practice. Physician doesn’t pray with every patient but does try to pray for them. The goal is to serve people where they are, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
