Faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center in downtown Los Angeles seeking Advanced Practitioners (NPs or PAs) to provide quality, comprehensive healthcare to the homeless and underserved.  Under supervision of staff physician, practitioners will perform evaluation and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting at sites.  Assess medical needs and compile care plan, addressing acute needs, chronic conditions, and preventive health maintenance. Assessing needs may include assessment of spiritual, emotional, mental and social needs. Furnish/transmit appropriate medications and treatments. Perform in-office procedures such as incision and drainage, arthrocentesis, nail removal, skin biopsy, and cryotherapy.

We have a strong team environment with supportive cooperation amongst providers, back office staff, front office staff, mental health, dental, optometry, and pharmacy services.  We are located next to multiple public housing sites and serve multi-generational families from these sites as well as the local community. Looking for someone passionate about our mission, vision and values who wants to join our missional team.  We strongly prefer a physician with at least basic Medical Spanish and require a physician to actively work on improving Spanish language skills if no fluency.  Excellent compensation and loan repayment available
