Independent, FQHC/Community Health Center is seeking BC/BE Psychiatrist.  The Psychiatrist, as part of the primary care treatment team, identifies triages and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting. In addition, the psychiatrist will provide patient education strategies and will develop specific behavioral change plans for patients and behavioral health protocols for target populations.

The psychiatrist will also provide professional healthcare services for outpatients in accordance with their scope of practice.  The psychiatrist will support the Mission of the organization to provide the highest quality holistic care to all who need it and in so doing minister the love of Christ.  The psychiatrist will maintain a level of involvement with health center committees as needed to ensure the quality of care for patients.  The psychiatrist will serve as a leader in word and deed for the rest of the staff.
