A well-respected and established practice with two offices in Southern MI, and one in Northeast IN, is seeking a caring, hardworking Comprehensive Ophthalmologist for their growing patient load – a Glaucoma sub-specialist would be a plus.

The Position / Practice
The incoming ophthalmologist will work with one Ophthalmologist and two Optometrists with 40+ anticipated patient encounters per day and a surgical volume of at least 35 surgeries per month. You will be busy both clinically and surgically! Young ophthalmologists will value the mentoring they will receive here. Our Ophthalmologist is a top-notch surgeon and really cares for the patients.

The patients and doctors are assisted by a well-trained, career focused and certified staff, and we are proud to say we have a very low turnover rate. Many of the team members have been with the practice over 10 years.

Surgeries are done at the 3 regional hospitals at each of the 3 office locations. The surgery staff is consistent at each location and they are wonderful to work with. Call will be shared equally with the other doctor, but there is seldom a need.
