Faith-based community health center with a commitment to the poor and underserved in rural East Tennessee/Southeast KY currently seeking Family Medicine physician. We have three community health centers, one dental clinic, and one school-based clinic located in the Appalachian Mountains on the KY/TN border.  We are located one hour north of Knoxville and an hour and a half south of Lexington.  Our Medical Staff consists of 3 Family Physicians (outpatient only), 2 Pediatricians, 11 APP’s, 3 BHC, 1 Psych NP, 4 Dentists, 1 Pediatric Dentist, 2 Dental Hygienists.

In the past year, we had a large expansion, building a Medical/Dental Mall.  The new site is now completed and beautiful, with state-of-the-art equipment.   It houses family medicine, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, PT, and diagnostics.  Our practice qualifies as a NHSC Scholar site as well as for Loan Repayment.  Our HPSA score is 20 and many of our providers have received loan repayment.
