Faith-based program currently seeking a full time Family Medicine residency faculty member for the purpose of training family medicine residents and medical students in inpatient and outpatient settings. Obstetric and Spanish language skills are preferred but optional.  Full-spectrum Family Medicine training affords faculty the opportunity to train residents in outpatient, inpatient, labor and delivery, and ICU settings. We boast the highest board exam pass rate in the state of Texas and an award-winning integrated behavioral health program. We practice both nationally and globally in diverse settings, with a high proportion of physician graduates serving in health professional shortage areas.

We are a 12-12-12 program, including multiple associated fellowships (Sports Medicine, Clinical Informatics and Hospice and Palliative Care) and internal tracks (Global Health, Health Equity, Spanish and High/Low OB for FM-OB equivalency). A leader in fostering whole-person care, our program has pioneered interventions such as an embedded patient fitness center, a produce prescription program, and a medical-legal partnership.

Planning to move into a new, state-of-the-art, clinic in summer 2024. The residency partners with both the local medical community and our two community hospitals to provide exceptional clinical experience and training.
