Independent, single specialty group seeking to add a Rheumatology associate.   Outpatient practice only of CMDA member who sees both adult and pediatric patients.  Opening a private rheumatology practice after having worked in a hospital-based clinic for the past four years.  Was previously in a private practice and hospital clinic for 11 years following the completion of his fellowship in 2007.  Over the years, the physician has accumulated a following of roughly 2,000 patients, and since he is staying local, anticipates the majority will come to the new practice.  There is an on-site infusion unit and anticipate supplementing revenue with a hybrid of traditional and membership (concierge) models of clinic access. Call is shared weekdays and alternating weekends.  Seeking someone who has compassion, attention to detail, ability to integrate faith and practice, thorough clinical exam skills and good listening skills.
