Description:
CMDA member is seeking an Orthodontist to purchase his practice in beautiful upstate Maine and willing to be involved in the first year of transition. Well-established practice that is actively growing and averages 8-12 new patients each week. Currently have a 4-day week and practices averages 40-50 patients per day. 6 full time staff: 1 orthodontist, 2 orthodontic assistants, a lab man and 2 front office staff as well as a part-time financial/payroll manager.
1600 square foot practice is modernized with a new I-TERO, new sterilization equipment, air purification system and patients records and scheduling done in the HER computer software system TOPS. Additionally, there is a digital x-ray room utilizing Planmeca Ceph/Pan equipment. There is a 4-chair operatory, private new patient room, record room/appliance fitting room, and a fully equipped lab to fabricate appliances and retainers. Terms are negotiable.
Philosophy:
Orthodontics has allowed the opportunity and privilege of really getting to know patients and because of these developed relationships, I’ve had many opportunities to pray with people about things happening in their lives. This is a tough world we live in today and many kids come into my office who need to be loved just with some words that God can use to lift them up. We have an office huddle each morning as a staff in which I pray over our office, that God’s love will be sensed, and His Presence will be known.
