We have a 5,000 sf facility and 10 exam rooms with a patient focus on preventive care, chronic disease management and acute care for pre-K to geriatrics. Easy-to-use EMR with e-clinical works. We are backed by the Integrated Physician Network, local hospitals and insurance wellness programs, implementing value-based care.
