Wonderful opportunity to assume a Family Medicine practice from CMDA member who is seeking to retire within the next couple of years.  My practice is very successful but for someone who wants to work harder than I am currently doing, there is quite a bit of room for growth, and income is clearly directly related to production.  I own my own 4000 sq ft building and have 2 different practices renting space from me, which generates additional income for me.  There is opportunity to utilize the local hospital for procedures, possibly deliveries, as endoscopies if desired.  The hospital has a hospitalist program and I have not done anything with an adult admission in more than 5 years.  The possibility exists to care for your admitted patients if desired, or not.  The physician that will take over for me, can essentially write their own ticket, work as hard as they want, or not, and walk into a viable $600,000 per year business, with room to expand.
