Non-profit, Christian primary care and mental health clinic located in Albany, New York’s West Hill neighborhood seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Open to experienced or those completing a training program. West Hill is one of the poorest neighborhoods in Albany, and our focus is providing high quality primary care and mental health care to people from our neighborhood who might not be able to access it otherwise. Our vision is for our patients and community to find hope, healing and health in body, mind and spirit.
Philosophy:
Our mission goes beyond our patients; we are praying and working for the transformation of the whole West Hill neighborhood. In the summer, we hold our popular Community Cookouts to support families who may be facing food insecurity. We also hold a community Thanksgiving dinner and have a Christmas store where families can purchase low cost items for their children. We partner with other organizations that serve our neighborhood, including hosting a Narcotics Anonymous group, local church’s children’s program, and a church congregation.
