Thriving independent dental practice in suburban Charlotte is expanding and seeking a General Dentist associate. Join our established team of two dentists, two assistants, and three hygienists in our modern, six-operatory facility. We see approximately 30 patients daily and are experiencing continued growth. We offer flexible full or part-time positions and focus primarily on restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns), with some extractions, endodontics, and Invisalign. Complicated cases are referred out, ensuring a comfortable and manageable workload. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice and achieve a better work-life balance.
