Well-established practice in beautiful Asheville desires to bring in a seasoned dentist who would like to work a couple of days in clinic per week, but also mentor and manage our doctor team. The Clinical Director would be responsible for assisting with treatment planning, helping with clinical techniques, providing monthly meeting to educate and/or review the doctors on many gold standards and new techniques. As the practice grows with more doctors, this role would most likely have less regular time in clinic and more time managing and growing the doctor team. The position would be ideal for an older dentist who would like to pass on what wisdom they have learned but still stay working in a profession they love.

As a Christian and a dentist, it is important not only to treat patients with my God given talents, but also to share life with them. Celebrating good times such as a wedding or new baby, but also comforting during the hard times when a patient loses their job or even a loved one. Our purpose is to be servants to one another and try to do our best to emulate the teachings of Christ.
You do not have to be a Christian to work for our practice, even though most of our employees are from some denomination of Christianity. You do have to be accountable for the values and be behind the vision of what we want to accomplish. We are not evangelical or preachy. We serve as an example and share our compassion and kindness. When God puts an opportunity before us then we will take the time to pray with someone or share our faith. The main purpose is to care for the patient.
