Description:
Hospital owned outpatient only group in northeastern Connecticut seeking Family Medicine associate. The staff of 2 family physicians and 2 mid-level providers who each average treating 18-24 patients per day. Physicians have the option of doing inpatient medicine if desired. The call schedule for weekdays is 1 in 12 and only 1 day per month on weekends. A third physician in the group is leaving May 2016 with a full practice to assume. Office schedule is 4 days per week with no in-patient or OB responsibilities. Two seasoned clinicians with good mentoring and teaching skills available. Teaching 3rd and 4th year medical students on-site from UCONN Medical School.
