An independent, mission driven faith-based community health center (FQHC) in south central Indiana seeking Family Medicine Physician with OB who desires to make a difference.  Offering the opportunity to practice full scope family medicine, with a positive work-life balance and spiritual context.  Well-established practice with staff of 5 physicians, 11 advanced practitioners and 5 behavioral health providers, serving seven locations including one school-based in 4 counties.  Physicians have privileges at a nearby critical access hospital and make up the core of its nationally ranked OB services, one of three who were recognized in Indiana by U.S. News and World Report for exceptional OB quality.  If doing OB, C-section/surgical skills are a plus, but not required.  C-section proctorship available if desired.

• Physicians average treating 16-18 patients per day in clinic
• The call schedule has been designed to maximize work-life balance: One week of call per month, with reduced office hours during that week, no other call responsibilities.
• 2:1 support staff per physician to reduce documentation burden.
